Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Manage day-to-day relationships between the company and customers
Complete store operational requirements
Accountable for working with sales teams to design and deploy
customer-specific retail execution plans
Communicate store, brand, competitor, and customer intelligence to aid in the delivery of the overall sales plan
Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Provision of weekly sales reports and monthly sales projections to head office
Working with digital marketing team to prepare promotional materials and displays
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
Prior experience in solar & backup power industry
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills commercial awareness
