Minimum of an OND
Above 26 years
Sales experience is an added advantage
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
To generate sale revenue by meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms
Work with prospects through the sales process; understand customer needs; handle objections and close business deals Address client inquiries, ensuring their needs are consistently met and explaining features, advantages and disadvantages of policies to promote sales of insurance plans
Maximize sales of appropriate products that meet the needs of customers by effective use of sales skills Candidate must have a great interest in marketing and must possess good sales attitude
Benefits: 37,500 - 50,000 (HMO and Pension allowance)
Quarterly and Annual Bonus for set thresholds based on levels.
Career path to move up the ladder is strictly based on performance.
Base pay increases based on level within the career path.
