Job Description
Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Oversee the preparation approval and signing of documents such as purchase agreements,,Deed of Sale
Coordinate the closing of property deals ensure payment and made accurately to the brand account
Oversee arrangements for prospective buyers to visit the property before closing deals
Ensure the sale team meet Monthly set Sale target
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
Conduct market surveys to identify price of competing properties
Promote and sale the brand to the public
Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
Follow up on existing customers/Client for prospecting future business
Run and participate in brand seminars, conferences, and events to create brand awareness
Campaign and generate qualified leads for the brand
Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate
4 years of working experience in sale and marketing in FMCG or Real Estate firm
Candidate must reside within Festac, Mile 2, Abule-Ado axis
