Responsibilities:
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions and queries
Work with General Manager to develop strategies to drive membership sales resulting in hitting monthly sales goals consecutively.
Developed in-house membership sales through walk-in clients and appointments
provide orientation for new members; addressed queries and concerns of existing and potential customers
See to it that existing members renew their membership subscriptions annually.
Manage a book of members
Sales Representative Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
4 years experience in marketing/sales
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Experience in using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
