Software Business Analyst | 3 Years

Requirements:We are looking for a Software Business Analyst, The Software Business Analyst will analyze, evaluate and refine the company's software and processes, assisting with the implementation and support of the company's software products across multiple departments. He/she will identify problems and opportunities inherent within the software department and ultimately provide solutions to optimize them to help achieve the business' goals. The Software Business Analyst will help guide the business in improving current application processes and overall operations of software applications specific to the organization through data analysis, basically acting as the link between the end-user and the software team. The Software Business Analyst will perform a detailed required analysis, documenting needs, processes and performing some user acceptance testing. The Software Business Analyst amongst other responsibilities will work with the Software team and other departmental stakeholders, to identify gaps and suggest how available software applications can be optimized to better serve the organization and meet set objectives. Evaluating the business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis based on software technologies
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
