Stylist Manager

Job Summary:

The Stylist Manager will style product and create outfits for seasonal on figure photoshoots, soft style product and outfits for brand website, emails, and social media outlets. Candidates for this position must be highly adaptable and capable of working in a fast paced, business reactive environment.
Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:
Collaborate with Sourcing/Production Department; collect and organize all seasonal samples
Adhere to cross-functional and department calendars to ensure wardrobe, style outs and presentations deadlines are met
Style wardrobe for all seasonal photoshoots based on creative concept and merchandising needs for on figure photo shoots and soft styling for website, emails, and social media outlets.
Manage team of Wardrobe Assistants and Tailors in preparation for fittings and shoot dates
Perform as the Lead Set Stylist for on figure and still life photoshoots
Work with team of In House Retouchers on fit and product accuracy post photoshoots
Work with Creative Director and Photoshoot Art Director and Style Director on SVP and CEO facing documents, Photoshoot Shotlists, model casting and asset identification process
25% Domestic travel depending on location of photoshoot

Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, styling, designing, or a similar subject is beneficial
5 - 7 years of experience in on set/soft styling
Experience with in house wardrobe styling and photoshoot coordination
High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
High proficiency in Adobe In Design
