Job Details Job Title: Team Lead (Constructions)Location: LagosJob type: Full timeJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced candidates for our client in Construction Engineering industry to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of construction/administrative duties in different departments.The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properlyResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processesEngage in building and infrastructure design, project management, project financing, cost control and project commissioningAllocate responsibilities to team membersEnsure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operationsManage schedules and deadlinesMonitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraintsWriting proposals and cost estimationDemonstrate knowledge of building and construction materialsMonitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparationOversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersonsEnsure operations adhere to policies and regulationsEnsure operations adhere to policies and regulationsKeep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years relevant experience in construction engineeringA good first Degree/ HND Civil/Building EngineeringProficient with the use of Microsoft offices packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrated experience working in similar capacity.Most be familiar with the use of design tools and softwareHigh level discipline and integrityPrompt & Effective communication skills both written and verbalOrganized, strong attention to detail, and process-orientedReliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to work well under pressure and without supervision.SalaryAttractive.
