Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Building (Master’s Degree an added advantage).

Experience:
10 years Cognate and Hands-on Experience in Construction.

Requirements:
Registration with NIOB or CORBON is mandatory.
Extensive knowledge of Construction and Supervision
Proficiency in the use of Relevant Software and Project Management Software.

Skills:
Analytical and the ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them
Communication skills, client service and solving complex business issues
Can handle an intense team atmosphere while defining issues/hypotheses, performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations of innovative solutions
Good time management and organizational skills
Clear ability to stay calm under pressure, keep to deadlines and still make good decisions
Good co-ordination skills and Attention to detail.

Salary:Negotiable based on experience.
