Sterlington, PLLC has developed a growing contract-development service providing routine but sophisticated work for our high-end clients.
One example of the types of contracts we develop and manage for our clients are NDAs (confidentiality agreements). We take over our client's NDA work using checklists, playbooks, process-management tools, trackers, training and structured teams to develop and manage contracts with high quality and consistency, half-day turnarounds, and with minimal client input.
An ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience negotiating and drafting contracts for clients (especially financial institutions) and have particular experience negotiating NDAs and other routine, administrative contracts.
Sterlington is a 100% virtual law firm and provides our attorneys with unparalleled flexibility, including work on their own schedules and out of their own home offices. We are headquartered in New York, but candidates may practice from anywhere.
