Job Summary
Our client in the Confectionary industry is seeking a convincing and enthusiastic Van Sales person to promote and sell our products at customers locations. In this role, you will drive a van on an established route, identify new sales leads in the area, and provide services to our regular customers.

Accountabilities (Responsibilities):

· Driving a van and selling product to customers.
· Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor’s behavior
· maintain and expand your outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly.
· load out and redistribution of stocks from warehouse to retail outlets.
· Accounting for the sales and timeous delivery of purchased products.
· Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting daily/monthly sales targets
· Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
· Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
Qualifications
· OND in Marketing or its equivalent
· Bachelor's Degree would be an advantageous
· 2-5 years’ experience as a Van Sales Rep or similar.

· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
· Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
· Extensive experience in identifying new customers and negotiating deals.
· Ability to assume responsibility for the delivery van and the product.
· Experience in recordkeeping and managing sales contract.
· Working knowledge of basic van maintenance.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
