Volunteer Director |

Requirements:Bachelors Degree/HND in a related field of study required
Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS) preferred.
Minimum of five years of management experience in a Volunteer Services, Public Relations, or Human Resources in a healthcare setting, or related field preferred.
Computer skills to include knowledge of MS Office Suite, Volgistics, and ability to navigate multiple software sites simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with internal programs.

This individual is responsible for the overall organization, operation, personnel, and management of the Volunteer Services Department utilizing independent and collaborative judgment in decision-making, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving.
