Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:General management of the warehouse of pharmaceutical products according to the company's SOP and GDP as guidelines.Routine maintenance of the warehouse to ensure the temperature and moisture are closely monitored and recordedPrepare the stocks for each customer based on the invoice and delivery note generated by the finance department, and ensure the product name, quantity, batch number, and shelf life are in line with the documents.Process the acceptance or rejection of the returned stocks from a customer based on the company's SOP on reversalProcess the inbound stocks after clearance of the container and record the details of the new stock in the systemSegregate the products according to their range, batch number, and shelf life statusSubmit the inventory report with comprehensive information to management regularly without delay and carry out a joint stock audit and reconciliation with the finance department every monthRequirement:Bachelor's degree in science, finance, supply chain management or related major5 years of warehouse management experienceExperience in the Pharmaceutical industry preferredProficiency in Excel and other office software, experience in SAP is preferredHonesty and integrity
