Essential Job Functions
We are looking for a meticulous and passionate client-side Web Designer who is eager to produce state-of-the-artwork online web portal for our clients
The ideal candidate believes that the Web should provide a unified experience no matter what device people use.
You pride yourself in elegant, well-organized designs, attention to detail, and being at the forefront of contemporary design.
You are comfortable working on your own, as well as in a team to provide a superior customer experience.a
Design an online portal and mobile app for a client.
Elegant, intuitive, responsive, and functional user experiences for desktop, tablets, and mobile.
Provide client-side development in HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Sass, Bootstrap, SemanticUI, FontAwesome, etc.
Design professional and pixel-perfect web pages and components (icons, images, etc.)
Work as a collaborative team member with clients, business analysts, developers, and our sales team
Ability to follow specification and design documentation and ensure design standards are properly adhered to by developers and business analysts.
Working within project schedules and multi-tasking to meet deadlines
Designing & implementing new application features
Maintaining and refactoring existing features/code
Assisting with overseeing other development team members
Participating in the continuous software development process improvement
Basic Qualifications (Must Haves)
A degree or diploma in computer science or a related field
Knowledge of cross-platform development frameworks like Ionic, flutter, react-native...etc
2+ years of experience developing native iOS apps in Swift
Computer Science or STEM degree with relevant industry experience
High level of proficiency with Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
Solid understanding of MVVM paradigm
Strong UI/UX instincts
Familiarity with all aspects of the software development process
Well organized, methodical, detail-oriented, and excellent analytical skills
And most importantly, self-starter/learner with excellent verbal and written communications skills (fluent in English)
Extensive experience developing for, and testing with, different browser technologies (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE/Edge)
A passion for building a superior experience for web users and a proven track record of solving complex design problems
Experience with development tools from Atlassian.
IOS :
· Minimum of one-year full-time development in iOS using Swift and/or Objective C.
· At least one iOS App completed and presentable.
· Demonstrable knowledge of.Xib files, storyboards, and constraints.
· Must have a basic understanding of iOS app deployment procedures. (Store deployment, Enterprise deployment, certificates, provisioning profiles...etc)
· Must have basic knowledge of mobile UI standards and iOS human interface guidelines.
· Must know about REStful APIs and how to integrate them using the iOS framework.
· Must know iOS local storage paradigms. (User defaults, keychain storage, Core data is a bonus.)
· Basic knowledge of Push notifications and local notifications.
Android :
· Minimum of one-year full-time development in Android preferably using Android studio.
· At least one Android app is completed and presentable.
· Demonstrable knowledge of android layout files. (Linear layout, relative layout, ...etc)
· Must have a basic understanding of Google Android app deployment procedures. (Store deployment, a key signing...etc)
· Must have basic knowledge of general mobile UI standards and Android user interface guidelines.
· Must have knowledge of REStful APIs and how to integrate them using the Android framework.
· Must have knowledge of Android local storage paradigms.
· Basic knowledge of Push notifications and local notifications.

Haves)
Previous experience working on a customer loyalty rewards initiative will be a definite asset
