Account Coordinator

Requirements:- Bachelor-s degree or IT equivalent in Business Administration or Accounting
- Basic experience in Sales, Marketing, Management is preferred
- Professional certificate in the field of study may be requirede
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, written and communication skill
- Must be a computer literate and proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Must be Highly efficiency and accuracy in all handlingResponsibilities:- Will work closely with assigned client and leads to determine need
- Must be well informed on company products and services.
- Will draft and send communications to clients about new offer
- Will attend tradeshows and product launches if required
- Will oversee sales process and facilitate order fulfilment
- Will handle complaints and maintain an accurate and updated database of client information on a regular basis
