Account Manager | 10 Years Post Qualification Experience

Requirements:B.Sc or HND in related field (First or Second Class Upper Division). Having an M. Sc. In Social
Sciences or Management will be an added advantage
- A Qualified Accountant, with minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience and a minimum of
Five (5) years? experience in similar role
- Proficient in the use of Enterprise wide Application such as SAGE or SAP and Microsoft Office
Packages, including Power Point PresentationResponsibilities:Preparation of the Company's Annual Budget and long-term financial strategies
- Preparation of the Company's Financial Statements and Management Reports, monthly, quarterly and
annually
- Manage relationship and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting
requirements and tax filings, in conjunction with the Company?s tax consultants by ensuring that returns
are rendered promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled and monthly financial reports are properly prepared
- Manage relationships with Financial Institutions and optimise the company's working capital
- Working with management in protecting the Company's margins through reduction in Net Financing
costs, control of operational costs, maximizing income and achieving company?s earnings objectives
- Liaising with external auditors, regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders
- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and
Revenue Recognition
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
- Ensure all documentations for approval are correct and transactions are accurately posted into the
Companys ERP (ERP implementation will be co-ordinated by the successful candidate).Benefits:Medical expenses
