Account Officer

Responsibilities:Keep records of all financial transactions.Daily recording of all materials/products bought and sold.Tracking of all sales made.Recording of all payments made.Sending of daily financial sales report to the MD/CEO.Prepare daily product performance reports.Conducts periodic financial analyses to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances.Review financial documents for accuracy, reliability, reasonableness, and completeness.Other functions as required.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline.The candidate must not be more than 40 years.1 year of experience in a similar role.Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Microsoft Excel skills will be an added advantage.Experience with general ledger functions.Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.Good knowledge of accounting principles.
