Account Officer

Manage and oversee all of the daily operations of the accounting department.• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.• Analyze financial data and create reports for management.• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections.• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and other creditors.• Prepare and submit financial statements for external auditing.• Assist the MD with various financial projects.• Assist with the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other accounts.• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets.• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
