Accountant

Responsibilities:Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendorsProcess bank transactionsReconcile financial transactionsPrepare, send and store invoicesContact clients and send reminders to ensure timely paymentsSubmit tax formsIdentify and address discrepanciesReport on the status of accounts payable and receivableUpdate internal accounting databases and spreadsheetsRequirements:3 years of Proven work experience as an Accountant/Administrator or similar roleGood knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulationsHands-on experience with accounting softwareAdvanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errorsGood organizational and time-management abilitiesBSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
