Accountant

Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT/GST returns and corporate tax filings.Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support decision-making processes.Requirements:HND/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years of experience in accounting or related field, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Knowledge of VAT/GST regulations and experience with tax compliance is a plus.Experience with inventory management and cost accounting is a plus.About Us:At FASHA, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional beauty services to our clients.
