Accounts Officer/ Consultant

Responsibilities:Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on accounting software features, functionality, and best practices.Software Troubleshooting: Assist clients in resolving software-related issues, including troubleshooting common problems.User Support: Provide ongoing support to clients via email, phone, or virtual meetings, addressing queries and clarifying doubts.Documentation: Create user-friendly guides and manuals to help clients navigate the software effectively.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve software usability and identify areas for enhancement.Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to relay client feedback and suggest software improvements.Software Updates: Keep clients informed about software updates, new features, and enhancements.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline2 years of working experience
