Admin Manager

Requirements: Supervision and monitoring of riders and Zonal Officers to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for consistent and excellent service delivery , and to meet client demands and deadlines.

· Prepare Invoices and receipts for deliveries as part of record keeping measures and evidence of transactions done.

· Direct, optimise and coordinate full order cycle without errors and inconsistencies.

· Resolve any arising problems with delivery cycles or urgent customer complaints.

· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentations.

· All regulatory documents must be renewed prior to expiry.
