Agent/ Hub Representative - Benue

Job Summary
We are looking to hire Naijaemall Agents/ Hub Representatives who will be responsible for managing and ensuring prompt delivery of orders from Naijaemall.com website within his or her designated region. The qualified agents would be required to have 2-5 years post logistics experience with any reputable post logistics company.

We are looking to hire Agents/ Hub Representatives who will:
Monitor orders from Naijaemall website.
Be on the lookout for orders that are related to his or her region.
Always check if the orders can be processed locally or from our headquarters
If the orders can be processed locally, he/she will contact the local supplier process
the order and arrange for delivery of the orders
Manage delivery agents
Process and manage customers orders
Coordinate the business affairs in the region.
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Speak the common language of his/her resident State
High proficiency in the use of computer (Certificate will be required for basic knowledge of using a Computer)
Should have a slightly higher qualification above OND.
Should be able to receive orders, contact nearest partner malls to
process the orders and coordinate delivery to clients appropriately
Should also be punctual and have a determination to succeed.
