ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD software.Develop 3D models and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.Produce sketches and renderings to explore design ideas and concepts.Utilize carpentry expertise to develop detailed cutting lists for wood production and construction.Manage site and civil work projects, including coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to architectural design and construction.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.Experience working with an interior design company.1-3 years of experience in architectural design and construction.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar).Strong drawing and sketching skills, with the ability to create precise and detailed architectural drawings.Experience in carpentry work and developing cutting lists for wood production.Proven track record in site and civil project management, with a focus on construction.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Resides in or near the Lekki area.
