Assistant Facility Manager

Responsibilities:Assist in the overall management and maintenance of the residential estate.Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including plumbers and technicians.Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues.Respond promptly to residents' inquiries and concerns regarding facility maintenance.Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service deliveryAssist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing residential estates.Strong technical background with the ability to supervise maintenance staff.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software is a plus.Location: Oniru Road, Eti-Osa, LagosRemuneration: NGN80,000 per monthNote:Interested and qualified candidates should send their CVs using "Assistant Facility Manager" as the title of the email.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
