Assistant Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

Requirements:Degree in Social Sciences/Development Studies/Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent 2-5 years working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or other related field.

Experience in designing M&E projects in the areas of health, education and social programs will be an added advantage.

Good experience in working with adolescents and youth.

Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Good interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Develops individual M&E activity plans and inputs into the Project M&E activity plan

Participates in baseline, midterm and end line evaluations and supervises project, stakeholders or enumerators during data collection.

Collects data and tracks all project outcomes including adolescent and school led activities.

Develops adolescent managed M & E framework for the project and trains adolescents on participatory Monitoring and Evaluation.

Compiles, cleans and analyses qualitative and quantitative data.

Conducts data filing and archiving as per project requirement.

Provides technical assistance to project staff, partners and stakeholders on M&E systems.

Facilitates M & E review meetings with stakeholders, schools and adolescents.

Inputs and produces reports with analyzed data for project quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting to the Project Manager.

Produces documents such as lessons learnt summaries, human interest stories, and submits to the Project Manager

Compiles district statistical report and submits to the Project Manager
