Bar Back

Requirements:- Bsc / HND in Business Administration / Home Management or in any related course
- Experience and Professional certificate for this post is an extra advantage
- Must be above 18 to deal with alcoholic drinks
- Humble, friendly, deligent and good professional appearance is required
- Must have basic knowledge of menu items, wines, liquors, beers, and cocktails
- Must have basic arithmetic and analytical skill
- Must have excellent problem solving and interpersonal relationship skill
- Must have the ability to handle misunderstanding with coworkers and customers calmly with maturity
- Must be observant, responsible, and punctual on a daily basis
- Must be willing to meet schedule on demand of the position, wish include, standing, lifting heavy items, walking, working on holidays, weekends, and also working at night.Responsibilities:- Candidate will assist with opening and closing duties on a daily basis, candidate will also assist to restock the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Candidate will ensure the Bartenders have clean towels, and glasswares
- Candidate will ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, wine, liquor and beer
- Candidate will check appliances to confirm that they are working properly, and also make minor repairs if required
- Ensure the bar is kept clean by wiping down surface, and emptying trash receptacles
- Learn and memorize menu items and cocktail recipes
- Take orders, and process payment especially during peak hours
- Talk to customers, answer customers questions, and handling complaint
- Will keep records and give report of usage on a daily basis to assist in reorderingBenefits:Free accomodation
