Requirements:- Bsc / HND in Home Management / Business Administration or it equivalent
- Experience in the field of Bar management is an advantage
- Must have the basic knowledge of Business management / Home management
- Must be a computer literate with an excellent problem solving skill
- Must be able to speak fluently and write correctly in English Language, with good Interpersonal relationship with team member
- Must have the potential to die down tense situations and proffer possible solution
- Must be willing to work at night, weekend, and holiday
- Must be willing to take last minute decision in the interest of the company
- Must be will to move round periodically, and ensure the smooth running of the barResponsibilities:- Will monitor the business aspects of the bar, such as negotiating supplier contracts, and ordering supplies
- Will be in charge of hiring and training staff to provide the best of service to patrons.
- Will resolve conflicts and put things in order to ensure the bar is fully engage at all time
- Will enforce safety controls measure around the bar
- Must be willing to work with different personalities among patrons and team member
- Will Plan, implement and take part in promotional event
Will be responsible for calming down tense situations among patrons or team member
- Must ensure the law guiding everyone is supreme and everyone must obey the law
