Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the oil and gas sector.Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our services.Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and forge new business relationships.Requirements:This position is open preferably to a female candidateBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in a relevant field is a plus.Minimum 2 years working ExperienceProven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the oil and gas industry.Strong understanding of the oil and gas market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Location:Admiralty Way, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.Remuneration: NGN250,000 monthly net.Work Type:Fully Onsite (Mon - Fri)
