As the business development lead of a fairly new product in the market, you will have the opportunity to design and execute on the product’s go-to market and sales strategy, lead a growing team of sales and business development associates and analysts.

? Lead the sales and customer success functions within the company
? Set up and drive a framework for generating new business leads
? Be responsible for driving commercial acquisition and retention efforts and targets
? Maintain the business relationship with existing and potential customers / partners and be responsible for the conversion process
? Work closely with the founders on programs, insights and opportunities to best develop future growth and further the success of the business
? Support founders in driving enterprise level partnerships
? Manage a team of associates and analysts within the business development team
Required Qualifications
? 3+ years of previous experience in business development role for products and services focused on SMEs, preferably in the technology space
? Track record in moving business relationships through the pipeline
? Experience leading field sales teams
? Technically proficient to understand and promote Traction Apps’ product to customers
