Responsibilities:Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Train and coordinate the marketing teamIdentify new locations to set up new outlets for the business.Manage the daily Sales& Marketing operations.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company's products.Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesPrepare weekly reports on Sales.Discuss & report all sales marketing strategies to the Managing Director.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements:Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Business Manager or a top relevant role for at least 5 years.Experience managing an effective team is compulsory.Proven sales track recordExperience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and Excel Proficiency in English and Yoruba.Market knowledge of alcoholic products is required.Communication & negotiation skillsTeam building & Management skillsPrevious experience in a start-up is an added advantage.Time management & planning skillsMust be able to provide credible guarantors and work references.Qualifications:BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or related field , Professional certification in any business field is an advantage.Note:Only Qualified & Interested candidates should apply with subject "BDM" Location:Chevron, Ajah LagosRemuneration: NGN170,000 (Net)Monthly Sales commissionQuarterly BonusWeekly Airtime/Data
