Business Development Manager

Requirements:- Degree in Business administration and similar discipline( a specialization to business dev. Is a plus).
- Project Management Skills.
-Marketing experience in a similar role.
-Customer-facing role in the former experience.
- Candidates with industry-related experience.
- Experience with an international recruitment agency will be highly considered but not required.

Responsibilities:- Giving guidiance and counsel to potential applicants towards enrollment to any of company services.
- Communicating via phone calls with applicants as well as on one-on-one sessions.
- Meet deadlines and targets for each marketing project.
- Participating in admissions seminars held at institutes, hotels and given places of training.
- Attending to recruitment at exhibition stands as our representative .
-Providing and organising marketing strategy along with advertising activities.
- Sell programmes and represent the best interest of our partners .
- Work with the Managing Director in increasing revenue .
- Assist with developing new strategic recruitment activities using market intelligence.
- Update Company data regarding student recruitment activities.
- Make contact and follow up with new institutions in Nigeria.
-Marketing and promoting RGR institutions to prospective students.
- Manage Business Development Officer, cleaners and temporary Teaching staff.
