Main Responsibilities:
Marketing and PR:
Establish partnerships with Beauticians and beauty influencers to promote the use of the app and increase completion rate.
Manage social media platforms on a daily basis using a social media schedule plan (posts, stories, highlights, training tips and dms) following registered Glam Pros, creating content projecting the apps in its best form.
Manage sponsored posts and convert all leads into completed registrations.
Establish advertisement partnerships available on our platform with multinational companies e.g telecoms and beauty brands that represent our brand.
Identify and source for business opportunities to move the company forward.
Manage brand presence online and liaise with tech blogs and other relevant blogs to attract opportunities to promote growth.
Manage content and good representation of the brand from Beauticians.
Manage TV commercials and arrange interviews for the CEO and Press.
Organize all events relating to beauty glam; Acquire Fashion shows, reality TV shows deals and private glam squad bookings etc.
Barter Partnerships regarding makeup services, hair and all glam services
Sending out weekly newsletters.
Excellent communication with users via send push notifications, newsblog on app and website.
Admin Duties:
Organize, plan and execute university events round the country targeting students interested in becoming their own boss - YBC
Jump on events organized within schools to reach out to that market
Communicate and ensure the onboarded Beauticians have completed the registration accurately via in-house system.
Establish an Incentives Plan to ensure high retention rate.
Chat with Beauticians and Users through our live chat backend to resolve any queries daily.
Ensure the company website is up-to-date with engaging content to attract more leads with SEO.
Manage manual private bookings.
Create membership payment plans and retain monthly subscribers.
KPIs:
Advertisement partnerships deals.
Brand Influencer partnerships.
Leads conversion and retention of quality Glam Pros.
Increase rate of jobs completed and retention rate of users.
PR and controlled online brand presence.
Person Specification
A minimum of 3 years work experience in the beauty industry is essential.
Previous business development experience is desirable.
MBA or degree in business administration is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
A wide network of MUA, Hair Stylists, nails, Beauty Influencers
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. A proactive individual who gets shit done.
