Business Unit Leader

Requirements:Minimum of first degree in any discipline. Good understanding of the essential business package of health and laboratory services needed at each level of the health system to facilitate implementation of the business package, and quality of care.
Program management experience.
Knowledge and experience in managing business capacity building, monitoring and supervision including the ability to plan and conduct trainings
Familiarity and experience in implementing a comprehensive business system and services. Responsibilities:-Customer service
-As a leader you have a responsibility and need to develop others to succeed in their roles and prepare for future roles.
-Must be a decision maker
-Must be an influencer
- Must be able to strategize
