Café Manager, | Candidate Will Oversee The Daily Activities Of Café, Successful Candidate Responsibilities Includes Processing Payment With The Use Of

Requirements:- Bsc / HND in Business Administration/Business Management/Home Management or it equivalent
- Basic managerial and organizational experience
- Basic knowledge of food, health and safety policies
- Must be willing to lead by example
- Must be able to speak fluently and write correctly in English Language
- Must have good Interpersonal relationship with team member and customersResponsibilities:- Will train, and supervise café staff in other to ensure they carryout their duties as expected
- Will prepare daily work schedule for staff and also find replacement for staff absence
- Will ensure the café expenses are within budget and identify ways to minimize daily running cost of the café
- Will take inventory of café supplies and ordering new stock as required
- Will proffer solution to customer complaint regarding food quality and customer service
- Will suggest an updated menu items based on customers feedback
