JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Call center agent helps customer with complaints,questions and they also tell customers about the company's product and services rendered.
•They must also ensure customers satisfaction and provide professional customers support.

Their Main duties also includes:
•feedbacks on efficiency of the customer Service process and maintaining customers.
•Ultimately you will be responsible for building sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication with the customers.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
if you can multi task,prioritize,manage time effectively and you have HND/BSC in any related discipline from a reputable institution we will like to meet you.
