Develop and bake innovative recipes using cassava flour, starch, and othercassava products.? Research and adapt traditional recipes to optimize flavor and texture while usingcassava as the primary ingredient.? Experiment with different flavors and ingredients to create exciting newcassava-based treats.? Bake high-quality products consistently, maintaining a clean and efficient workenvironment.? Document and refine recipes, ensuring accuracy and clarity for future use.? Collaborate with the culinary team to brainstorm new ideas and perfect existingrecipes.What you'll bring:? Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience, preferably with experienceworking with alternative flours.?
