Competent knowledge of cooperate finance, valuations and accounting;
Nascent industry/ sector knowledge, understands key industry trends, valuation metrics in selected sectors;
Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions;
Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts;
Supervise investment and raise funds for business;
