Civil Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of precast concrete manufacturing processes, including slabs, hollow blocks, columns, and panels.Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing techniques, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective production.Conduct feasibility studies, analyze technical data, and provide recommendations for improvements in production methods and materials.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations governing precast concrete manufacturing.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide technical expertise and support during the design and construction phases of projects.Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and meet customer specifications.Oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment used in the precast concrete manufacturing process.Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality control measures.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification HND degree in any discipline3 years of working experience
