Ensure an excellent on-boarding experience for new clients within their country or region especially during their first 1-3 months, and throughout the duration that they are clients. Be personally responsible for securing targeted subscription renewal rates – based on % clients renewed and % value renewed.

Work closely the Commercial Director in order to ensure achievement of the regional and overall client renewal rate targets
Generate incremental revenue from existing clients through auxiliary services that can be provided where possible
Use internal systems to regularly record accurate details of all engagements with each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide an excellent on-boarding experience for new clients
Keep on top of leavers and joiners – track where leavers go to and provide information to the appropriate NB or CSM
Forecast likelihood of client renewal in subsequent year and mitigate issues where necessary
Maintain Regular Contact with New and Existing Clients
Accurate forecasting of renewal conversation outcomes throughout their lifetime as clients
Identify renewals at risk, and propose, manage and execute a plan devised to reduce risk and increase likelihood of renewal
Identify low usage accounts and propose, manage and execute a plan to address this issue
Collect accurate and timely client information to enable the service
Increase client’s spending by identifying, progressing and, in some cases, personally closing out other revenue generating opportunities
Key Skills & Requirements
This is a client-facing role so the ideal candidate should have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
The ideal candidate should have some Account/Client Management experience.
3-5 years of work experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience and not more than 5 years of total experience.
Some background in technology or experience working within a tech firm Previous experience working remotely
Previous experience in a B2B client facing role
Track record in building relationships in person, online and via telephone
Clear, concise communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and manage varied workload according to official and natural deadlines
Experience of working with database/CRM packages
Understanding of the role of marketing and/or advertising for large national and international organizations
Ability to forecast outcomes, identify challenges and risks; and the ability to create and manage an Action Plan in those circumstances
