Job Description
The requirements of this job role will include but are not limited to:-
- Build meaningful/beneficial relationships with key trade/retail partners.
- Secure and manage media coverage for the company
- Work with brand marketing teams to position key brand messages for the market
- Conduct market research using well developed focus groups
- Prepare marketing plans and direct marketing campaigns, product/brand launches etc.
- Organize for and attend events(fairs, exhibitions etc.) on behalf of the company
- Secure key positions for the company at top tier industry events
- Deliver training and anchor knowledge sharing sessions with the retail team across all beauty brands.
- Document training activities in a report for management decision making
- Design and implement brand education programs for retail employees
