Responsibilities:Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsOversee all onsite and offsiteconstructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsCoordinate and direct constructionworkers and subcontractorsSelect tools, materials andequipment and track inventoryMeet contractual conditions ofperformanceReview the work progress on dailybasisPrepare internal and externalreports pertaining to job statusRequirements:Minimum academic qualification of HND degree in any discipline5 years of working experience
