At OjirehPrime Financial Services, we are reinventing Digital Banking Experiences. Our “Family Banking ” model is changing the game for how Digital Bank should work, and a key element of our growth strategy is to drive great customer experiences across our broad and growing library of solutions.
What you will be doing
You will mainly be meeting with customers ( Businesses) or prospects. The focus will be to get "Placement" and Open "Business Account" and to help achieve that, you will use playbooks and well-structured processes. To help maintain the standard, we will provide you with scripts to ensure the message is consistent. You will be provided with direct feedback to focus on areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact with customers. You will be trained to perform different tasks that fall under this role. You might have a discovery call, qualify a prospect or even close the deal on one call.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Growth
Candidate Requirements
At least 3 years experience in global B2B corporate sales
Consciously adept at top-down selling
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to synthesize product information even when it gets a little technical

What's the Salary Range for the Role
=N=200,000 - 270,000 Per Month

All the results are transparent and measured weekly. It will be clear from the metrics if you are performing and how you compare against the rest of the team. Areas of improvement will be identified with clear steps and timelines identified.
