Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office applications.High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Location:Port HarcourtHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for this position.
