Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:Receive all phone calls from customersRespond to direct messages from Instagram, Whatsapp and other platformsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to close sales in line with targetsTake the extra mile to engage customers, place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads, and persuade potential customers to make purchases.Inform customers of deals and promotion and increase sales by recommending complementary items to go with their requests to sell as many products as possible per customer Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of a degree in any discipline2 years of working experience
