Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative teacher with a minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching ages 7 -14 years of age. Experience teaching in a British curriculum school is preferred

Successful candidate will help develop the department from scratch, building the curriculum, resources, and raising the profile of the subject within the school. Encouraging students to build practical, creative and technical skills by following the design development process. Developing their research methods, critical thinking and creative skills. Our students will need help building knowledge and to be able to recognize the importance of Design and Technology and the impact these studies have on their everyday lives.

Job Description
Plan work in accordance with curriculum programs of study.
Take account of pupil’s prior levels of attainment and use them to set future targets.
Set appropriate and challenging work for all pupils.
Maintain good discipline, following the school’s disciplinary policies and procedures.
Guide students to evaluate and test themselves and the work of others in a constructive manner.
Teach the subject in a creative, interesting manner engaging all learning abilities.
Role will be remunerated according to the school’s salary scale for 2020/2021 school year,
based on qualifications and years of cognate experience.
