Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on social media management.Plan and implement campaigns across various channels, including email, website, and social media.Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.Social Media Management:Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain brand consistencyDrive engagement, increase followers, and foster positive interactions with our audience.Paid Advertising:Manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives.Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts.Prepare regular reports showcasing campaign success and areas for improvement.Team Building and Mentoring:Build and lead a marketing team, hiring and training new members.Assign tasks, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Requirements:bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably dental.Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or InfusionSoft.Outstanding communication skills and a passion for social media.Location:Lekki-Ajah, Lagos, NigeriaNote: Only candidates residing in the Lekki-Ajah axis will be considered.Why Join Us:Be part of a dynamic team committed to improving oral health.Contribute to the growth and success of our clinic.Work in a supportive and collaborative environment.If you are a creative, results-driven professional with a love for dentistry and digital marketing, we encourage you to apply!
