Digital Sales Assistant

requirements:6 months- 1yrs digital sales experience especially around using instagram and what sapp as a sales tool.
understanding of buyer persona and buying motivation in the luxury fashion industry
goal and target driven
good eye for spotting opportunities
customer service skills
be able to work at home in the evenings/overnight managing sales enquiries as needed
be able to work at least one weekend in a monthresponsibilities: handle sales enquiries on instagram, what sapp, twitter and other digital channels including the shop floor.
develop & manage sales leads pipeline to ensure sales targets are achieved.
learn and report on customer expectations and demands.
conduct frequent surveys of customers to provide deeper customer insights.
up and cross sell products to grow sales revenues.
continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better sales skills.
