E-Commerce Web Developer

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using platforms like Woo Commerce, Shopify, or equivalent, ensuring optimal functionality, usability, and performance.Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to implement new features, designs, and functionalities on the website.Customize and integrate plugins, themes, and extensions to meet specific business requirements and enhance the e-commerce platform's capabilitiesOptimize website speed, performance, and security to provide seamless user experiences and safeguard customer data.Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the e-commerce platform and stay ahead of the competition.Work closely with the marketing team to implement tracking pixels, tags, and other tools for analytics and marketing purposesManage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizationsProvide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in developing and maintaining e-commerce websites using platforms such as Woo Commerce, Shopify, or similar.Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular will be a plus.Strong understanding of web development concepts, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.Experience with integrating and customizing plugins, themes, and extensions for e-commerce platforms.Familiarity with running online advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads, and implementing tracking and analytics tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to debug code and resolve technical issues efficiently.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
