Responsibilities:Property ManagementInspection, Market Survey, and Analysis of AssetValuation of PropertiesFacility/property managementMarketing company properties for sale and lettingBusiness development through the upgrading of portfolioLiaising between the company and vendorsTenant selectionPrepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements closing statements, deeds, and leases.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Build a network of agents and co-ordinate and develop a robust relationship with them for the company by organizing quarterly meetings with themProtects the company's value by keeping information confidentialSubmit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Managing Director.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of BSc/HND degree in any discipline2 - 3 years of working experienceLocation:LagosRemuneration: NGN120,000 – 150,000
