Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision making, budgeting, and forecasting across our diverse portfolio of businesses.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling, to provide actionable insights to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and optimize financial performance across the organization.Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Support proposal submissions for potential investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships through financial analysis and plan customization.Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities for our businesses.Responsibilities:Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis is a must.Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields as well as professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFI's FMVA, ICAN, ACCA) are pluses.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling softwareExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience.
